Newly Qualified Part 1

A group coaching program suitable for attorneys and solicitors in the first 12-18 months of post-qualification.

  • 3 hour live group coaching, monthly x3

  • Group size maximum of 6 participants

  • 1 hour video individual 1-1 coaching session for each participant, monthly staggered x3

This program will help you make a confident transition from trainee to newly qualified. It will enhance your self-awareness, grow your skills of deep listening, curious questioning, feedback and confident communication, as well as developing strategies to effectively manage moments of self-doubt and imposter syndrome. Learn from your group cohort as well as your own experiences.

A group coaching program suitable for attorneys and solicitors in the first 12-24 months of post-qualification.

  • 3 hour live group coaching, monthly x3

  • Group size maximum of 6 participants

  • 1 hour video individual 1-1 coaching session for each participant, monthly staggered x3

This program will continue to build the skills developed in Part 1. It will enable you to identify who you are as a professional and where you want to focus your attention going forward. The benefit of hearing thoughts and experiences from others in the group is invaluable as you plan out the next goals in your career.

1:1 Coaching Program

Focus 1:1 on specific goals over 3, 6 or 12 months

  • Regular coaching 

  • F2F or video

  • Every 2 weeks or once a month

  • 1 hour or 90 minute sessions

  • Unlimited email support between sessions

 

First, we'll identify and clarify your goals, establishing a path to accelerate you towards the outcomes you want. We'll tackle any issues that are holding you back, including: personal perspectives and beliefs, confidence, routine behaviours and patterns of thinking.

By establishing a programme of coaching conversations and exercises that work best for each client, we can focus on making the most of your strengths, fine-tuning existing approaches, and expanding thinking about options and opportunities.

Partner Transition
Part 1

This program will help you prepare for and make a confident transition from senior associate to partner. It will enhance your self-awareness, grow your skills of deep listening, curious questioning, feedback, confident communication and juggling priorities, as well as developing strategies to effectively manage moments of self-doubt and imposter syndrome. Learn from your group cohort as well as your own experiences.

Partner Transition
Part 2

A group coaching program suitable for attorneys and solicitors on partnership track, or in the first 12-18 months of partnership.

  • 3 hour live group coaching, monthly x3

  • Group size maximum of 6 participants

  • 90 minute video individual 1-1 coaching session for each participant, monthly staggered x3

This program will continue to build the skills developed in Part 1. It will enable you to identify who you are as a Partner and how to maintain your authentic self. The benefit of sharing thoughts and experiences with others in the group is invaluable as you plan out the next goals in your career.

Team Coaching -

Team coaching helps teams to self-create greater effectiveness. There are many reasons to work with a team coach, e.g.

  • The team members are acting as individuals - lack of cohesion

  • Team conflict (e.g. of personalities/ egos/leadership/communication)
